Getting Ready
We’ll arrive about 2-3 hours before the ceremony to capture those quiet, exciting moments as you get ready. From the final touches on hair and makeup to the details you’ve carefully chosen—your dress, shoes, rings, and flowers—we’ll make sure every element is documented beautifully.
First Looks
If you’re doing a first look, we’ll typically plan for it 1-2 hours before the ceremony. It’s a chance to slow down, take it all in, and share an intimate moment together before the day picks up. Plus, it gives us time to capture some incredible portraits of just the two of you.
Bridal Party
After the first look (or after the ceremony if you’re skipping it), we’ll gather your wedding party for some fun, relaxed group photos. Whether it’s sophisticated and timeless or full of energy and personality, we’ll guide you through it all, making sure to capture both the big group shots and the little in-between moments.
Ceremony
This is where we step back and let the magic unfold. From the moment you walk down the aisle to the exchange of vows, rings, and that first kiss—we’ll be there, documenting it all as it happens.

Family
Right after the ceremony, we’ll capture formal family portraits. We will share an example family shot list so we can make the process quick and seamless, ensuring no important group is missed while keeping things moving.
Cocktail Hour
While you and your guests enjoy cocktail hour, we’ll be working behind the scenes—capturing candids, details, and all the moments you might not even realize are happening. If we haven’t done your couple’s portraits yet, this is also a great time to sneak away for a few stunning shots together.
Reception
As the celebration kicks off, we’ll capture everything—the beautifully styled details, heartfelt speeches, first dance, and of course, the unforgettable dance floor energy. We want you to be fully present in the moment while we preserve it all for you.
Departure
If you’re planning a big send-off, like a sparkler exit or a private last dance, we’ll be there to capture those final moments of the night before you head off into newlywed bliss.
